1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping methods at checkout. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly indicated on our site.


4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. However, please note:

  • Some countries may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery times.

Please check with your local customs office before placing an international order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered but not received (please check with neighbors or your local carrier).

  • Delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, you may be responsible for additional reshipping charges.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and damaged/missing items

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
