2. Non-Returnable Items – Hygiene Policy
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any underwear or intimate apparel once it has been delivered to the customer.
This policy applies regardless of whether the item has been opened, worn, or remains in its original packaging. Underwear is considered a personal and sanitary item; therefore, once dispatched, it is not eligible for return for any reason, including but not limited to:

3. Defective or Incorrect Items
